"....(External Affairs Minister) Sushma Swaraj has given a well-suited answer - 'we won't stay silent' (if Pakistan executes Jadhav). The nation will do what is required. We can deal with Pakistan in the event that it tries to do anything less than ideal," he said.

A military court in Pakistan has sentenced Indian maritime staff Jadhav to death for charged undercover work. The Indian government responded emphatically to the advancement saying if the sentence were to be completed it would be considered as "pre-contemplated kill".
